Processing Times
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Services
• We offer Free Next Day Shipping on all orders within the UK.
• Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
• Next Day Shipping excludes weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Times for Remote Areas
• While we aim to deliver all orders within the next day, shipments to remote areas of the UK (e.g., the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands) may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Delivery Locations
• We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. If you live in a remote area and are unsure about delivery times, please contact us at martha@thesomersetclearwatercompany.com for clarification.
Packaging
• All products, including distilled water, deionised water, and plant nutrients, are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
